Patents. Means the Factor II (Mutated) Patents and the Factor V (Mutated) Patents, listed in Exhibit A attached to this Agreement.

Patents. Patents. 1.8. "Patents" shall mean all patents and patent applications related to the Product or to the Licensed Use of the Product, in existence as of the Effective Date, and any divisions, re-issues, continuations, and continuations-in-part of their equivalents, and any foreign equivalents thereof that may or may not yet have been filed.
