Patents. All patents, patent disclosures and patent applications (including, without limitation, all reissues, divisions, continuations, continuations-in-part, renewals, re-examinations and extensions of the foregoing) owned by or licensed to Company and/or otherwise used in the Acquired Business as currently operated.
