Patents. Any and all patent applications filed by the Parties in accordance with Clause 7.3 and any patents granted pursuant to such applications

All patents and patent applications issued or pending in any country or jurisdiction in the Territory, including provisional patent applications, together with any extensions, reissues, substitutions, divisions, continuations or continuations-in-part, reexaminations, revisions or renewals thereof.
