Payment Date

Payment Date. Means (i) with respect to the payment of a Board Retainer, the first business day of each calendar month or (ii) with respect to the payment of a Meeting Fee, the date on which a meeting of the Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors was held.

Payment Date. The thirtieth calendar day following termination of the Eligible Officer's employment with the Bank, provided, however, that if such thirtieth day is not a Business Day, the first Business Day after such thirtieth day

Payment Date. The first regularly scheduled payroll date in the seventh month following termination of the Eligible Officer's employment with the Bank

Payment Date. As to any Payment, the first Business Day of the month which next succeeds the month in which such Payment is scheduled to be received by MCC, provided such Payment Date is at least two (2) Business Days after the date such Payment was scheduled to be received by MCC

Payment Date. Shall have the meaning assigned in the Harley-Davidson Pension Benefit Restoration Plan.

Payment Date. The date on which payment of a Participant's vested benefit is made (if a single sum) or commences (if a monthly annuity), as determined in accordance with Sections 6 and 7.

The date on which Performance Cash Vested and earned under this Award is paid to Holder, which shall be any date selected by the Committee which is not later than 30 days after the Vesting Date or such later date as may be caused by unusual circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Committee.

Payment Date. If the Payment Event is Separation from Service, the July of the year following the year of your Separation from Service. If the Payment Event is death, the ninety (90) day period beginning January 1 of the year following the year of your death
