Payment

Payment. Shall mean any and all amounts which Indemnitee is or becomes legally obligated to pay in connection with a Covered Claim, including, without limitation, damages, judgments, fines, ERISA excise taxes or penalties, amounts paid in settlement, costs of investigation, attorneys' fees, costs of threatened, pending or completed, formal or informal investigative, judicial or administrative proceedings or appeals, and costs of attachment or similar bonds.

Payment. And "Payments" is defined in paragraph 6.b.i
