Pension Plan

Pension Plan. The Hillenbrand Industries Pension Plan of January 1, 1994 as amended from time to time.

Pension Plan. Means any "employee pension benefit plan" that is subject to Title IV of ERISA and which is maintained for employees of Company or any of its ERISA Affiliates.

Pension Plan. The Boise Cascade Corporation Pension Plan for Salaried Employees, as amended from time to time.

Pension Plan. A pension plan (as defined in Section 3(2) of ERISA) maintained for employees of the Borrower or any ERISA Affiliate and covered by Title IV of ERISA.

Pension Plan. Means the Pension Plan for Eaton Corporation Employees sponsored by the Corporation, which is a defined benefit plan intended to qualify under Section 401(a) of the Code, and each other defined benefit plan sponsored by a subsidiary of the Corporation that is intended to qualify under Section 401(a) of the Code.

Pension Plan. The Southern Company Pension Plan, as such plan may be amended from time to time.

Pension Plan. The term "Pension Plan" shall mean the Georgia-Pacific Corporation Salaried Pension Plan, as amended from time to time.
