Pension Plan

Pension Plan. The American Standard Pension Plan, as in effect and as it may be amended from time to (including any successor plan thereto)

Pension Plan. Shall mean Niagara Mohawk Pension Plan and National Grid USA Companies' Executive Supplemental Retirement Plan.

Pension Plan. Means the Raytheon Corporate Jets Pension Scheme;

Pension Plan. Means the Pension Plan of Constellation Energy Group, Inc. as may be amended from time to time, the Nine Mile Point Pension Plan, or any successor plan.

Pension Plan. Pension Plan means The G. B. Dealey Retirement Pension Plan, as amended from time to time, which is a defined benefit pension plan that is sponsored by Belo and is intended to qualify under Section 401(a) of the Code.

For purposes of this Agreement, means all of the following plans: (a) the PCS U.S. Employees' Pension Plan, (b) the PCS Supplemental Retirement Plan for U.S. Executives, and (c) any defined benefit plan sponsored by Canpotex, in which the Executive may have participated between July 1, 1989 and August 20, 1999
