Performance Award

Performance Award. A right granted to an Eligible Recipient pursuant to Section 10 of the Plan to receive a payment from the Company, in the form of stock, cash or a combination of both, upon the achievement of established employment, service, performance or other goals

Performance Award. An Award denominated in Shares or cash, which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance goals or other vesting criteria as the Administrator may determine and which may be settled for cash, Shares or other securities or a combination of the foregoing pursuant to Section 10

Performance Award. An award granted to an Eligible Person under Section 6(k), the grant, vesting, exercisability and/or settlement of which (and/or the timing or amount thereof) is subject to the achievement of one or more performance goals specified by the Committee.

Performance Award. Any Award of Options, Restricted Stock, Restricted Stock Units or Other Stock Awards with Performance Goals granted pursuant to Section 6(g)

Performance Award. An award that may vest or may be earned or exercised, in whole or in part, contingent upon the attainment during a Performance Period of one or more Performance Goals and which is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

Performance Award. An Award made pursuant to the Plan to a Participant, which award is subject to the attainment of one or more Performance Goals or other established performance criteria, as applicable

Performance Award. A cash or stock award granted pursuant to Section 10 or Section 12 of the Plan

Performance Award. An equity award that vests only upon satisfaction of performance criteria

Performance Award. An Award hereunder of cash, Shares, units or rights based upon, payable in, or otherwise related to, Shares pursuant to Section 13 hereof.
