Performance Award
Performance Award. An award granted to an Eligible Person under Section 6(k), the grant, vesting, exercisability and/or settlement of which (and/or the timing or amount thereof) is subject to the achievement of one or more performance goals specified by the Committee.
Performance Award. Any Award of Options, Restricted Stock, Restricted Stock Units or Other Stock Awards with Performance Goals granted pursuant to Section 6(g)
