Performance Cycle

Performance Cycle. The time period specified by the Committee at the time Performance Awards are granted during which the performance of the Company, a Subsidiary or a Division will be measured

Performance Cycle. The period from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022

Performance Cycle. The period beginning on January 1, 2020 and ending at the close of December 31, 2022

Performance Cycle. Means the period of time as specified by the Committee over which Performance Shares or Performance Units are to be earned.

Performance Cycle. The three-year period beginning the first day of LS&CO.'s Fiscal Year and ending at the close of the third Fiscal Year thereafter. The first Performance Cycle starts November 29, 2004.

Performance Cycle. One or more periods of time, which may be of varying and overlapping durations, as the Committee may select, over which the attainment of one or more Performance Criteria will be measured for the purpose of determining a grantee's right to and the payment of a Restricted Share Award, Restricted Stock Unit, Performance Share Award, Other Stock-Based Award or Cash-Based Award. A Performance Cycle shall not be less than 12 months

Performance Cycle. Means the period of time as specified in an Agreement over which Performance Units are to be earned.

Performance Cycle. Means one or more periods of time which may be of varying and overlapping durations, as the Committee may select, over which the attainment of one or more Performance Goals will be measured for the purpose of determining a Participant's right to and the payment of a Performance-Based Award. A Performance Cycle shall not be less then twelve months.

Performance Cycle. Means the period of time, designated by the Compensation Committee and/or the Board, over which Performance Shares may be earned.

Performance Cycle. Means the period selected by the Administrator during which performance is measured for the purpose of determining the extent to which a Performance Goal has been achieved.
