Performance Cycle

Performance Cycle. Means a time period of not less than one (1) and not more than five (5) years as specified by the Committee at the time Performance Awards are granted during which the performance of the Company, a Subsidiary or a Division will be measured.

Performance Cycle. Means the three consecutive Fiscal Years (or designated portions thereof) of the Company commencing July 1, 2004 over which a designated Award under the Plan potentially may be earned. Performance Cycles generally will be periods comprising three consecutive Fiscal Years of the Company. The Performance Cycle is a Performance Period under Section 2.1(u) of the 2004 Plan.

Performance Cycle. Means the period over which Performance Shares designated in respect of the Performance Cycle potentially may be earned. Performance Cycles will generally be three-year periods extending from January 1 of the initial year through December 31 of the third year in the Performance Cycle. Performance Cycles generally will begin each year, and therefore will overlap with one another. Performance Cycle. Means a period of three consecutive years. More than one Performance Cycle may be in progress at any one time. This Performance Cycle shall begin on January 1, 2003 and shall end on December 31, 2005. A new Performance Cycle may, subject to Board or Committee approval, begin on January 1 of each subsequent year.
