Example Definitions of "Performance Cycle"
Performance Cycle. Means the period of time of not fewer than one year nor more than five years as specified by the Committee over which Performance Shares or Performance Units are to be earned.
Performance Cycle. The period specified by the Committee over which a designated amount of PRSUs potentially may be earned. Performance Cycles generally will be periods comprising three consecutive fiscal years of the Company.
