Example Definitions of "Performance Period"
Performance Period. A calendar year, commencing January 1 and ending December 31, unless otherwise determined by the Committee.
Performance Period. A Fiscal Year or other period of time (which may be longer or shorter than a Fiscal Year) set by the Committee
Performance Period.
