Example Definitions of "Performance Period"
Performance Period. Each of the performance periods set forth in Schedule A attached hereto and incorporated herein
Performance Period. Each consecutive twelve-month period commencing on January 1 of each year during the term of this Plan, beginning with January 1, 2008, or a portion of such twelve-month period with respect to a person who becomes a Participant during such period as provided in the last sentence of Section 3.9.
Performance Period. Means the 2012 calendar year.
Performance Period. Means the 2011 calendar year.
Performance Period. A multi-year period of no more than five consecutive calendar years over which one or more of the performance criteria listed in Section 6 shall be measured pursuant to the grant of Long-Term Performance Incentive Awards (whether such Awards take the form of stock, stock units or equivalents or cash). Performance Periods may overlap one another, but no two Performance Periods may consist solely of the same calendar years.
Performance Period. Shall mean the twelve consecutive month period which coincides with the Company's fiscal year.
Performance Period. Shall have the meaning set forth in the LTIP.
Performance Period. The period as designated by the Committee with a minimum of one year and a maximum of five years
Performance Period. The Corporation's fiscal year, or such other period as designated by the Committee.
