Performance Period

Performance Period. The performance period set forth in the Award Notice.

Performance Period. The period for which performance is calculated, which, unless otherwise indicated by the Administrator, shall be the Company's fiscal year, which as of the Effective Date commences on January 1 and ends on December 31

Performance Period. (s) ["Performance Period" means the calendar year, so such other period of at least 12 months designated in the Long-Term Incentive Awards Schedule during which a Grantee may earn Performance-Based Compensation. ]2

Performance Period. The time period during which the Performance Goals or other vesting provisions must be satisfied for Awards. Performance Periods may be of varying and overlapping duration, at the sole discretion of the Administrator
