Example Definitions of "Performance Period"
Performance Period. The performance period set forth in the Award Notice.
Performance Period. The period for which performance is calculated, which, unless otherwise indicated by the Administrator, shall be the Company's fiscal year, which as of the Effective Date commences on January 1 and ends on December 31
