Performance Period

Performance Period. January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019

Performance Period. Means, the period commencing on [PERFORMANCE PERIOD START] and concluding on the earlier of (i) [PERFORMANCE PERIOD END] (ii) the date of a Change in Control or (iii) the date of a Qualified Termination.

Performance Period. The period for which performance is calculated, which unless otherwise indicated by the Committee, will be the Company's fiscal year, which commences on January 1st and ends on December 31st

Performance Period. Shall mean the period beginning on January 1, 20[ ] and ending on December 31, 20[ ].

Performance Period. The Company's fiscal year, beginning on the first day of such fiscal year and ending on the last day of such fiscal year, or such other period determined by the Committee

Performance Period. A period of twelve (12) months corresponding to the Company's Fiscal Year and for which the Company's performance is assessed by the Committee for the purpose of determining Actual Awards earned.

Performance Period. A period of one year, commencing each January 1 and ending on the following December 31, or such other performance period as may be established from time to time by the Committee

Performance Period. (i) the Initial Performance Period, (ii) the Interim Performance Period, if any, and (iii) beginning with the fiscal year commencing January 1, 2019, each subsequent fiscal year of GECM ending December 31 of such year. If GECM changes its fiscal year after January 1, 2019, the Performance Period including such partial fiscal year shall be pro-rated and a new Performance Period shall commence on the beginning of the next fiscal year.

Performance Period. The Fiscal Year or such shorter period as shall be established with respect to a Participant by the Committee.

Performance Period. Means the period beginning on the Grant Date and ending on the Performance Period End Date.
