Performance Period

Example Definitions of "Performance Period"
Performance Period. The Company's fiscal year or such other period as may be specified by the Administrator.
Performance Period. Any Fiscal Year (or period of four (4) consecutive fiscal quarters) or such longer period as determined by the Administrator in its sole discretion during which the performance objectives must be met
Performance Period. Means the period commencing July 1, 2014 and ending on June 30, 2017.
