Permitted Holders

Permitted Holders. The definition of the term "Permitted Holders" in the Credit Agreement is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: "Permitted Holders" shall mean BillerudKorsnäs AB, a Swedish limited company, and any of its wholly-owned direct or indirect subsidiaries.

Permitted Holders. Means, at any time, each of (i) Caryn Seidman-Becker, Kenneth Cornick, their spouse, children (natural or adopted), lineal descendants or the estates, heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors or administrators upon or as a result of the death, incapacity or incompetency of such Person, or any trust established for the benefit of (or any charitable trust or non-profit entity established by) any person mentioned in this clause (i), or any trustee, protector or similar person of such... trust or non-profit entity or any Person, directly or indirectly, controlling, controlled by or under common control with any Permitted Holder mentioned in this clause (i), and (ii) each of Alclear Investments, LLC and Alclear Investments II, LLC. Permitted Holders. Means (i) Kohlberg Management, Kohlberg Investors VII, L.P., Kohlberg Investors VII-B, L.P., Kohlberg Investors VII-C, L.P., Kohlberg TE Investors VII, L.P., Kohlberg TE Investors VII-B, L.P., Kohlberg Partners VII, L.P., KOCO Investors VII, L.P. and their Affiliates (but excluding any portfolio companies of the foregoing), and (ii) any members of the management of the Company immediately following the Closing.

Permitted Holders. Means, as of the date of determination, (i) any and all of Ming Hsieh, his spouse, his siblings and their spouses, and descendants of any of them (whether natural or adopted) (collectively, the "Hsieh Group") and (ii) any trust established and maintained primarily for the benefit of any member of the Hsieh Group and any entity controlled by any member of the Hsieh Group.

Permitted Holders. Means (a) with respect to any Permitted MLP General Partner Removal, the MLP GP Owner and (b) with respect to any Permitted Transaction, the Acquirer and, in each case, each of its Affiliates excluding any operating portfolio companies of any of the foregoing.
