Permitted Transferee

Permitted Transferee. Shall have the meaning assigned to it in the Securityholders Agreement.

Permitted Transferee. Means the recipient of a Permitted Transfer described in Sections 2(c)(ii) or (iii).

Permitted Transferee. Means, with respect to any Investor, any Affiliate of such Investor.

Permitted Transferee. Means, with respect to any Investor, any controlled Affiliate of such Investor that has as its primary business and purpose to acquire, hold, maintain, finance, manage or dispose of investments in other entities.
