Plan Effective Date

Plan Effective Date. The effective date of any plan of reorganization filed in the Existing Bankruptcy Case and confirmed pursuant to Section 1129 of the Bankruptcy Code

Plan Effective Date. The effective date of the Plan.

Plan Effective Date. Means November 1, 2008, the date on which the Plan was adopted by the Board.

Plan Effective Date. Shall mean May 18, 2004.
