Plan Effective Date

Plan Effective Date. Means the first Business Day after (a) the Confirmation Order has been entered by the Bankruptcy Court, (b) all conditions precedent to the effectiveness of the Plan have been satisfied or are expressly waived in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Plan, as the case may be, (c) the transactions to occur on the Plan Effective Date pursuant to the Plan become effective or are consummated, and (d) the substantial consummation (as defined in section 1101 of the Bankruptcy Code) of... the Plan occurs. Plan Effective Date. Means November 1, 2008, the date on which the Plan was adopted by the Board.

Plan Effective Date. Shall mean May 18, 2004.
