Pledged Stock

Pledged Stock. The shares of capital stock listed on Schedule I hereto, together with all stock certificates, options or rights of any nature whatsoever which may be issued or granted by any of the Issuers to the Pledgors in respect of the Pledged Stock while this Pledge Agreement is in effect.

Pledged Stock. Means the shares of capital stock of the Issuers listed on Schedule 1 hereto, together with the stock certificates representing such shares, or stock dividends, options, warrants or rights of any nature whatsoever that may be received or receivable by or otherwise distributed to the Pledgor in respect of or in exchange for any or all of such shares while this Pledge Agreement is in effect.

Pledged Stock. Shall mean all of the issued and outstanding shares of common stock of Neptune Society of America, Inc., a California corporation wholly owned by Grantor, including all dividends, cash, securities, warrants, rights, instruments and other property or proceeds from time to time received, receivable, paid, payable or otherwise distributed with respect to or in exchange for any or all such stock.

Pledged Stock. Shall mean all Stock at any time pledged or required to be pledged hereunder.

Pledged Stock. Together with any additional shares of stock or other equity interests acquired by any Pledgor, the "Pledged Stock"

Pledged Stock. 644,705 shares of DSW Stock, as the same may be increased pursuant to the provisions contained in the definition of the term "Collateral" and the final sentence of Section 5(a) hereof.

Pledged Stock. Shall mean those shares of or interest in Stock listed in PART A of SCHEDULE I.

Pledged Stock. Shall mean an aggregate of 500,000 shares of CXI Common Stock owned of record and beneficially by Pledgor at the date hereof.

Pledged Stock. The shares of capital stock described in Section 2 hereof, together with all capital stock received upon exercise of any such options or rights of any nature whatsoever that may be issued or granted by the Company or by Rockwood Holdings, Inc. (an affiliate of the 1 Company), to the Pledgor while this Agreement is in effect, in each case together with any other shares, stock certificates, options or rights of any nature whatsoever in respect of such capital stock.

Pledged Stock. (i) the shares of Capital Stock listed on Schedule 2 and (ii) any other shares, stock certificates, options, interests or rights of any nature whatsoever in respect of the Capital Stock of any Person that may be issued or granted to, or held by, any Grantor while this Agreement is in effect; provided that in no event shall more than 65% of the total outstanding Foreign Subsidiary Voting Stock of any Foreign Subsidiary, or more than 65% of the total outstanding voting Capital Stock of Sylvan...
