Pledged Stock

Pledged Stock. Means one hundred percent (100%) of the Capital Stock of QuaTech.

Pledged Stock. Shall mean 100,000 shares of the Common Stock of the Company owned of record and beneficially by the Pledgor and 100,000 shares of the Common Stock of the Company owned of record and beneficially by the Second Pledgor.

Pledged Stock. Means 4 Million (4,000,000) shares of the Common Stock of the Issuer.

Pledged Stock. The shares of capital stock listed on Schedule 1 hereto, together with all stock certificates, options or rights of any nature whatsoever that may be issued or granted by any Issuer to a Pledgor in respect of the Pledged Stock while this Agreement is in effect, including but not limited to the following: (i) all shares, securities, membership interests or other equity interests representing a dividend on any of the Pledged Stock, or representing a distribution or return of capital upon or in... respect of the Pledged Stock, or resulting from a stock split, revision, reclassification or other exchange therefor, and any subscriptions, warrants, rights or options issued to the holder of, or otherwise in respect of, the Pledged Stock; and (ii) without affecting the obligations of the Pledgor under any provision prohibiting such action hereunder or under the Credit Agreement, in the event of any consolidation or merger involving the Issuer in which the Issuer is not the surviving entity, all Capital Stock of the successor entity formed by or resulting from such consolidation or merger. Pledged Stock. The all the shares of capital stock of Eskota Energy Corporation, a Texas corporation (the "Corporation"), evidenced by Stock Certificate No. __ and all shares of capital stock of the Corporation hereafter acquired by Pledgor, including all certificates, options, rights, distributions (cash or otherwise), splits, warrants and other distributions issued as an addition to, in substitution or in exchange for, or on account of the Pledged Stock.

Pledged Stock. The Equity Interests listed on Schedule 2, together with any other shares, stock certificates, options, interests or rights of any nature whatsoever in respect of the Equity Interests of Furmanite Worldwide, Inc., that may be issued or granted to, or held by, the Grantor while this Agreement is in effect.

Pledged Stock. The Pledged Stock, as defined in the Pledge Agreement.

Pledged Stock. One million forty-two thousand six hundred thirty-one (1,042,631) shares of the Charge Stock.

Pledged Stock. With respect to each Pledgor, (a) 100% of the issued and outstanding Capital Stock of each Domestic Subsidiary that is not an Unrestricted Subsidiary that is directly owned by such Pledgor and (b) 65% of the issued and outstanding Capital Stock entitled to vote (within the meaning of Treas. Reg. Section 1.956-2(c)(2)) and 100% of the issued and outstanding Capital Stock not entitled to vote (within the meaning of Treas. Reg. Section 1.956-2(c)(2)) of each Foreign Subsidiary that is directly... owned by such Pledgor, including without limitation the Capital Stock of the Subsidiaries owned by such Pledgor as set forth on Schedule 1 hereto, in each case together with the certificates (or other agreements or instruments), if any, representing such Capital Stock, and all options and other rights, contractual or otherwise, with respect thereto, including, but not limited to, the following: (i) all Capital Stock representing a dividend thereon, or representing a distribution or return of capital upon or in respect thereof, or resulting from a stock split, revision, reclassification or other exchange therefor, and any subscriptions, warrants, rights or options issued to the holder thereof, or otherwise in respect thereof; and (ii) in the event of any consolidation or merger involving the Issuer thereof and in which such Issuer is not the surviving Person, all shares of each class of the Capital Stock of the successor Person formed by or resulting from such consolidation or merger, to the extent that such successor Person is a direct Subsidiary of a Pledgor.
