Example Definitions of "Prime Rate"
Prime Rate. Will have the meaning set forth in the Senior Unsecured Credit Facility.
Prime Rate. Means the base rate on corporate loans charged by Citibank, N.A., New York, New York from time to time, compounded daily on the basis of a year of 365 or 366 (as applicable) days and actual days elapsed.
Prime Rate. Means the per annum rate of interest established from time to time by Payee as its prime rate, which rate may not be the lowest rate of interest charged by Payee to its customers.
Prime Rate. Shall mean the per annum interest rate announced by Texas Commerce Bank from time to time (whether or not charged in each instance) as its prime or base rate.
Prime Rate. The highest Prime Rate being published at the time in question by The Wall Street Journal, Eastern Edition.
Prime Rate. The ---------- Bank's stated prime rate as reflected in its books and records as such prime rate may change from time to time. The Bank's determination of its Prime Rate shall be conclusive and final. The Prime Rate is a reference rate and not necessarily the lowest rate charged by the Bank.
Prime Rate. Shall mean with respect to each Bank, such Bank's announced prime rate per annum from time to time in effect. Each Bank may make loans at, above or below its Prime Rate.
Prime Rate. Shall mean at any time the interest rate used by North Fork Bank as its prime rate.
Prime Rate. Shall mean that interest rate established from time to time by the Bank as its so-called "prime" rate (or equivalent rate otherwise named), whether or not such rate is publicly announced; the Prime Rate may not necessarily be the lowest interest rate charged by the Bank for commercial or other extensions of credit.
Prime Rate. Shall mean, for any day, the higher of (a) the variable annual rate of interest then most recently announced by Bank of America at its head office in Charlotte, North Carolina as its "Prime Rate" and (b) the Federal Funds Effective Rate in effect on such day plus 1/2 of 1% (0.50%) per annum. The Prime Rate is a reference rate and does not necessarily represent the 5 lowest or best rate being charged to any customer. If for any reason the Issuing Bank... shall have determined (which determination shall be conclusive absent manifest error) that it is unable to ascertain the Federal Funds Effective Rate for any reason, including the inability or failure of the Issuing Bank to obtain sufficient quotations thereof in accordance with the terms hereof, the Prime Rate shall be determined without regard to clause (b) of the first sentence of this definition, until the circumstances giving rise to such inability no longer exist. Any change in the Prime Rate due to a change in Bank of America's Prime Rate or the Federal Funds Effective Rate shall be effective on the effective date of such change in Bank of America's Prime Rate or the Federal Funds Effective Rate, respectively.
