Example Definitions of "Principal Trading Market"
Principal Trading Market. Means the Trading Market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading, which, as of the date hereof, shall be the OTC Bulletin Board
Principal Trading Market. The Trading Market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading, which, as of the Issuance Date, is the OTC Bulletin Board.
Principal Trading Market. Shall mean whichever of the New York Stock Exchange, the NYSE Alternext (formerly the American Stock Exchange), the NASDAQ Global Select Market, the NASDAQ Global Market, the NASDAQ Capital Market or the OTC Bulletin Board on which the Common Stock is listed or quoted for trading on the date in question.
Principal Trading Market. Means the trading market on which the Common Stock is primarily quoted for trading, and which, as of the Original Issue Date shall be the OTCQB.
Principal Trading Market. Means the trading market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading, and which, as of the Original Issue Date shall be the OTCQB market place of the OTC Markets.
Principal Trading Market. Means the Trading Market, if any, on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading.
Principal Trading Market. Means the trading market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading, and which, as of the Original Issue Date shall be the OTCQB Venture Market of the OTC Markets.

The national securities exchange or other trading market on which the stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading (which, in the event the stock is sold on more than one such market, the market with the highest average daily trading volume of such stock over the 20 trading day period prior to the applicable date of determination)
