Example Definitions of "Principal Trading Market"
Principal Trading Market. Means the trading market on which the Common Shares are primarily listed on and quoted for trading, and which, as of the Original Issue Date shall be the NYSE American.
Principal Trading Market. Means the trading market on which the XXII Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading, and which, as of the Issue Date is The NYSE American.
