Process

Process. The process for the production and purification of the Product from the Cell Line and the virus bank or plasmids to generate viral or vector product(s), including any improvements or modifications thereto from time to time.

Process. Means the processes and procedures used to manufacture the Product in accordance with the Master Batch Record, including all protocols and standard operating procedure documents referenced therein, which are provided by Customer or developed by Gallus and Customer hereunder.

Process. Shall mean any process, method or service within the Field of Use, the use or performance of which, in whole or in part, (a) absent the license granted hereunder would infringe, or is covered by, NGL Technology; or (b) employs, is based upon or is derived from the NGL Technology.

Process. The process for extracting lithium from wastewater, as described in U.S. Provisional Patent application no. XXXXXXX.

Process. 'Processing' as defined in Article 2(b) of the European Union ('EU') Data Protection Directive, 95/46/EC ('Data Protection Directive').

Process. Shall have the meaning set out in the relevant Data Protection Legislation, and "processing" and "processes" shall have a corresponding meaning;

Process. The series of operations needed to convert the Starting Materials to the Product, including the testing thereof.

Process. Means the formulation, filling, inspecting, labeling, packaging and testing of the Product using the Product Specifications in accordance with the Master Batch Record, including any improvements thereto from time to time made as a direct result of the Services during the Term of the Agreement.

Or "Processing" of Licensee Personal Data means and includes any operation or set of operations which is performed upon Personal Data, whether or not by automatic means, such as collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, accessing, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available.
