Product

Product. Means any apparel products and fashion accessories sold by Licensee into the Territory bearing, incorporating or using any of the Intellectual Property.

Product. Means one copy of the Software installed on a CD-ROM disk bundled and packaged together with a single unit of a Licensee Product to create an integrated single product, all as provided herein.

Product. Product shall mean the Software, services, and Documentation listed on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, including any modifications, improvements, alterations, translations, localizations, innovations, or changes of any kind performed on the Software or Documentation by Distributor or agents, sub-licensees, contractors, or employees of Distributor.

Product. Means the specific T/R products described in Schedule C hereto, including but not limited to, the Deliverables.

Product. All product presentations (including all dosage strengths) of Synalgos®-DC capsules currently approved by FDA, and any new dosages or indications or uses (including all dosage strengths) of same that are approved by FDA during the Term (defined below).

Product. Means Aerogen's proprietary Aeroneb® Go open-cup, continuous-flow, general-purpose portable nebulizer, and described on Exhibit B, incorporating the OnQ Aerosol Generator, and including any Product Improvement incorporated therein.

Product. Shall mean any Gaming Devices from time to time manufactured or distributed by BGI, and all Parts thereto.

Product. Shall mean the Drug Substance or API covered by this Agreement and produced as contemplated by and pursuant to the Project Summary.
