Product. Has the meaning given it in the JV Distributorship Agreement.

Product. Mean collectively the MEDecision Product and/or MEDecision Products, the Third Party Products and any Upgrades that MEDecision may provide to Customer as part of the Support described in Section 2 of this Agreement.

Product. Means any pharmaceutical product containing a Clinical Candidate, or an analog thereof, or a compound derived from a Clinical Candidate, or an analog thereof, (alone or with other active ingredients) in all forms, presentations, formulations and dosage forms.
