Product. Shall mean Provigil or Nuvigil. PRODUCTS shall mean Provigil and Nuvigil. For purposes of clarification, Nuvigil shall not be deemed a Product for purposes of this Agreement until immediately following the First Commercial Sale of Nuvigil. 1.41.

Product. Any item described in Attachment A, and any additional products that the parties agree from time to time will constitute "Products."
