Product

Product. Means ABRAXANE®, a cremapahor-free pacilitaxel formulation, and any modifications thereto made by NEW ALPHA, subject to Section 2.2(G), and provided that, as modified, the product remains an injectible formulation of paclitaxel.

Product. Means software program packages, software licenses and physical computer hardware, including (1) a program code, on CD-ROM (the "Program"); (2) physical computer hardware including computer boards, computer power supply, and computer cables and other equipment ("Equipment"); and (3) instruction booklets and other information prepared for Fiserv and/or End-Users concerning the use of the Software program and computer hardware ("Documentation").
