Products

Products. Shall mean any components or products produced, marketed and/or sold currently and in the future by any member of the OpNext Group for use in any form of data communications system, cable system, fiber optic system, wireless system and/or other similar systems (including without limitation transmitters, receivers, transceivers, laser diode modules, photo diode modules, parallel optical interconnectors, lasers, photodiodes, modulators, amplifier modules, optical switches and optical wave guides).

Products. Mean all specialty paper products, tissue hard rolls, tissue converted products and/or deep colored napkin products planned, researched, developed, tested, manufactured, sold, licensed, leased or otherwise distributed or put into use by the Company or any of its Affiliates, together with all services provided or planned by the Company or any of its Affiliates, during the Executive's employment.

Products. Means nucleic acid assays that may be developed by or for Licensee or its Affiliates for operation solely on the Licensee Instrument (and not on any other diagnostic system or platform developed, marketed or sold by Licensee now or in the future), in each case, the manufacture, use, importation and/or sale of which would, but for the license granted herein, constitute an infringement of one or more Valid Claims of the Patents.

Products. Means all tennis, racquetball and squash racquets, apparel, footwear and related racquet accessory products, including, but not limited to, bags, strings and grips, now or hereafter manufactured by or for Prince, which bear the Trademark and which are offered for sale by Prince to Distributor.

Products. Means the MTWA Test Module, Sensor Test Kits and any other product that can be ordered by Distributor as listed in Appendix A (CHI Products and Purchase Prices).
