Products

Products. Means the products and services Supplier makes available to Distributor for distribution via Resellers. Supplier shall provide Distributor with an up to date list of such Products and prices at all times.

Products. Means (i) men's, women's and children's tennis and lifestyle apparel, footwear and accessories, and (ii) tennis and racquets sports equipment including but not limited to men's women's and children's tennis racquets, tennis bags, tennis balls and tennis accessories.

Products. Shall mean the items supplied by Bel to the Customer pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and the relevant Order(s).

Products. Means products incorporating Balsalazide, whether or not such products are covered by the Patent Rights, or any other material whose manufacture, use or sale by an unlicensed third party would constitute an infringement of any Valid Claim included within the Patent Rights.
