Products. Shall mean products, compounds and devices embodying the Technology provided in the Field of Use.

Products. Distributor's (or its vendors') products Seller may purchase pursuant to this Agreement.

Products. The term "Products" shall mean the items of equipment produced by Proton identified or described on Exhibit A attached hereto. Proton shall have the right to modify, alter, improve, change, add to or discontinue any or all of the Products at any time. Products. Those products that are currently marketed, sold or distributed by Sublicensee and are listed on Exhibit A as attached hereto as may be amended from time to time by Sublicensor.

Means the products designed, developed, manufactured, marketed, distributed or sold by X10 including, without limitation, those products licensed or acquired by X10 pursuant to the License Agreement and the Bill of Sale and any additional products that may be developed pursuant to the Research and Development Agreement.
