Products

Products. Means any and all products using or incorporating any Component or Technology, including without limitation ATC Products.

Products. Shall mean the products manufactured by Manufacturer pursuant to this Agreement, as set forth in Exhibit A.

Products. As used herein shall mean all current and all future commercial embodiments of any device within the scope of any claims of the Patents.

Products. Shall mean men's and women's and children's fragrances and cosmetics and related packaging and promotional materials.

Products. The term "Products" shall mean the products -------- owned and offered for sale by Company during the term of this Agreement, including but not limited to those set forth on Exhibit B hereto.

Products. Means all of the products manufactured or produced by Viral, including, without limitation, the products identified in the Disclosure Schedule.

Products. Shall mean the [CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED] /*/Press, the [CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED]/*/ Press, Consumables and Spares as hereinafter defined.

Products. Shall mean all HIV diagnostic tests now or hereafter designed, owned, manufactured, marketed, distributed and sold by the Company, Calypte, or any Affiliate of the Company or Calypte.

Products. Shall mean the re-branded Riverstone hardware products and Software that are listed on Exhibit A to this Agreement, and shall also include any enhancements thereto or replacements or functional equivalents thereof which are developed by Riverstone. Riverstone products other than the Products will be made available to Tellabs for sale under a separate reseller agreement.

Products. The term "Products" shall mean the Software, the Documentation and any other materials provided to Licensee by Paragon hereunder. The plural term "Products" is used even though there may be only one Product licensed hereunder.
