Project Plan

Project Plan. Means the plans describing the Services to be performed by Lonza under this Agreement, including any update and amendment of the Project Plan to which the Parties may agree from time to time. The initial Project Plans are attached hereto as Appendix A.

Project Plan. Project Plan. Means the applicable Annual Project Plan for each Commitment Year of the Agreement Period.

Project Plan. Means, collectively, the Overall Project Plan, the Development Project Plan and the Systems Integration Project Plan.

Project Plan. Means the written plan describing the Collaboration Program to be carried out by Pfizer and ArQule pursuant to this Agreement for the Agreement Period, attached to and made a part of this Agreement as Exhibit C.

Project Plan. Shall mean the plan mutually developed and agreed to by Powerwave and Seller for the purpose of preparing product and process for manufacture at Seller. The Project Plan will include a statement of work and development schedule, and any other information required to guide the 4 development activity, such as resource assignments and responsibilities. These Project Plans will be developed on an as needed basis, but will generally be per Product to be manufactured by Seller.

Project Plan. Collectively the Budget, the Final Plan, the Working Drawings and the Project Schedule, all as defined herein

Project Plan. The Preliminary Project Plan and each Stage Plan. For clarity, as Stage Plans are implemented during the Term, Stage Plans supersede the Preliminary Project Plan for the relevant Stage.

Project Plan. The program and time schedule for the development, evaluation, testing, optimization and commercialization of the DEVELOPED-PRODUCTS, as set forth more fully on Annex 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

Project Plan. Means each written plan describing the Project Program to be carried out by Pfizer and DPI pursuant to this Agreement for each Commitment Year of the Agreement Period. The initial Project Plan shall be attached to and made a part of this Agreement as Exhibit A.
