Project Plan. Means all document(s) labeled Project Plan that refer to this Agreement, and that are signed by authorized representatives of both Parties setting forth the proposed course of action for the Production of Product and/or performance of Services at a specified Facility. A Project Plan may include, without limitation, a description of the Product, Components, Regulatory Authorities and the countries where such Product will be used or sold, Presentations, Bulk Drug Substance, pricing for Product(s)... Produced and Services provided under this Agreement as set forth in Section 3.5 (Project Plan), and any applicable reservation fee necessary to reserve a manufacturing suite for CGMP services.
