Example Definitions of "Protection Period"
Protection Period. Means the period beginning on the Change in Control Date and ending on the second anniversary of the Change in Control Date.

Protection Period. Means the period beginning on the Change in Control Date and ending on the last day of the 30th full calendar month following the Change in Control Date.
