Example Definitions of "Protection Period"
Protection Period. Means the time period beginning on the Effective Date and which shall expire on the second anniversary of the Effective Date; provided, that the Protection Period shall in no event extend beyond the first day of the month following the month in which the Employee attains age 65, if Employee is an executive officer of the Company on the Effective Date.
Protection Period. The period beginning on the date of a Change in Control and ending on the date that is eighteen (18) months after the date on which the Change in Control occurs.
