Purchase Price

Purchase Price. Shall be $8.75 per share of Common Stock, subject to adjustments pursuant to Section 6 hereof.

Purchase Price. The Fair Market Value of the Shares on the Purchase Date at which Shares are purchased on behalf of Participants by a Plan Service Provider.

Purchase Price. The aggregate of the Closing Purchase Price, increased by the Earn-Out

Purchase Price. Four Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand and 00/100s Dollars ($4,250,000.00), which Purchase Price shall be allocated as follows: (i) $3,200,000.00 to the skilled nursing facility; and (ii) $1,050,000.00 to the residential care facility.

Purchase Price. Twenty Million and 00/100 Dollars ($20,000,000.00), subject to adjustment as set forth in Section 2.3(e) hereof.

Purchase Price. Purchase Price means the sum of GBP 5,087,078 (Pounds Sterling Five Million Eighty-Seven Thousand Seventy-Eight).

Purchase Price. 85% of the lesser of (a) the Closing Price for a Share on the last day of such Purchase Period and (b) the greater of (i) the Closing Price for a Share on the first day of such Purchase Period and (ii) the average Closing Price for a Share for all of the business days in the Purchase Period

Purchase Price. The purchase price per Restricted Share determined in accordance with 12(b)

Purchase Price. Shall mean eighty-five percent (85%) of the Fair Market Value of a share of Common Stock on the Enrollment Date on an Offering Period or on the Exercise Date for such Offering Period, whichever is lower
