Example Definitions of "Purchase Price"
Purchase Price. Shall mean an amount equal to 85% of the Fair Market Value of a share of Ordinary Shares on the Enrollment Date or on the Exercise Date, whichever is lower; subject to the Committee's discretion to change this percentage on a prospective basis for future Offering Periods
