Example Definitions of "Purchase Price"
Purchase Price. Means 97% of the price per share to the public of the shares of Common Stock sold in the Public Offering.
Purchase Price. The purchase price of Bulk Drug Product supplied to Company hereunder

Purchase Price. Shall have the meaning set forth in the initial paragraph of this Warrant.
