Example Definitions of "Purchase Price"
Purchase Price. For each Offering Period means 85% of the Fair Market Value of a share of Common Stock on the Enrollment Date of such Offering Period or on the Exercise Date of such Offering Period, whichever is lower; provided, however, that the Purchase Price may be adjusted by the Board pursuant to Section 20
Purchase Price. Purchase prices for the Client Product to be paid by Client as specified in a writing signed by both Parties and attached as Appendix C.
Purchase Price. The final consideration payable for the Shares by the Purchasers to the Seller as referred to in Clause 4
