Recapitalization. Recapitalization. Has the meaning given to it in the Information Statement to the Stockholders of the Corporation dated April 25, 2003.
Recapitalization. Shall mean the conversion of each share of the currently authorized, issued and outstanding shares of Voting Common Stock and Non-Voting Common Stock, par value $200 per share, into 25,000 of the Company's Common Shares, to be effected upon consummation of the Company's initial public offering.
