Redemption Price

Redemption Price. Means $0.01 per Right, subject to adjustment by resolution of the Board of Directors of the Company to reflect any stock split, stock dividend or similar transaction occurring after the Record Date.

Redemption Price. Shall mean, with respect to any Series F Preferred Shares to be redeemed, a cash payment equal to 100% of the Liquidation Preference thereof plus all accrued and unpaid dividends, if any, to the Redemption Date.

Redemption Price. As of any date, the sum of (a) the Liquidation Preference of the Series A Preferred Stock, (b) all accrued and unpaid dividends and Liquidated Damages, if any, thereon, and (c) the Partial Dividend Period Amount, if any.

Redemption Price. Means the consideration to be paid upon redemption of the Series A-1 Preferred Stock, determined in accordance with paragraph 4 below.

Redemption Price. The sum of (i) the principal amount of the Notes being redeemed and (ii) the Make-Whole Amount, if any, with respect to such Notes, in either case plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon to, but excluding, the Redemption Date; provided, however, that if the Redemption Date is any time on or after July 15, 2022, the Redemption Price shall mean the principal amount of the Notes being redeemed plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon to, but excluding, the Redemption Date.

Redemption Price. The sum of (i) the principal amount of any notes being redeemed plus accrued, but unpaid, interest to the Redemption Date, and (ii) the Make-Whole Amount, if any.

Redemption Price. Means a price payable in cash equal to 100% of the then-outstanding principal amount of the Note to be redeemed (including any amounts in respect of PIK Interest), plus accrued and unpaid interest on such principal amount to be redeemed to the Redemption Date.

Redemption Price. Shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph 6(b).

Redemption Price. Has the meaning set forth in Section ‎4(a).

Redemption Price. Shall mean the Optional Redemption Price, as applicable.
