Example Definitions of "Redemption Price"
Redemption Price. The sum of (i) the principal amount of the Notes being redeemed and (ii) the Make-Whole Amount, if any, with respect to such Notes, in either case plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon to, but excluding, the Redemption Date; provided, however, that if the Redemption Date is any time on or after July 15, 2022, the Redemption Price shall mean the principal amount of the Notes being redeemed plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon to, but excluding, the Redemption Date.
Redemption Price. Redemption Price. Shall mean, with respect to any Series K Preferred Shares to be redeemed, a cash payment equal to 100% of the Liquidation Preference thereof plus all accrued and unpaid dividends, if any, to the Redemption Date.
