Reference Treasury Dealer

Reference Treasury Dealer. Means (i) Salomon Smith Barney Inc. and its successors; provided, however, that if the foregoing shall cease to be a primary U.S. Government securities dealer in New York City (a "Primary Treasury Dealer"), the Company shall substitute therefor another Primary Treasury Dealer, and (ii) any other Primary Treasury Dealer selected by the Company.

Reference Treasury Dealer. Means (i) Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC and their successors; provided, however, that if any of the foregoing is not or shall cease to be a primary U.S. Government securities dealer in New York City (a "Primary Treasury Dealer"), the Company shall substitute therefor another Primary Treasury Dealer, and (ii) any other Primary Treasury Dealer selected by the Company.

Reference Treasury Dealer. Means Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and another primary U.S. Government securities dealer in New York City selected by Wachovia Capital Markets, LLC, and two other primary U.S. Government securities dealers in New York City (each, a "Primary Treasury Dealer") appointed by the Trustee in consultation with the Company. If any of the foregoing shall cease to be a Primary Treasury Dealer, the Company shall substitute therefor another Primary Treasury Dealer.

Reference Treasury Dealer. Means Banc of America Securities LLC and three other primary U.S. Government securities dealers in the United States (each, a "Primary Treasury Dealer") appointed by the Trustee in consultation with the Company. If any of the foregoing shall cease to be a Primary Treasury Dealer, the Company shall substitute therefor another Primary Treasury Dealer.

Means (i) each of Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation, Salomon Smith Barney Inc. and Banc of America Securities LLC and their respective successors; provided that if any of the foregoing ceases to be a primary U.S. Government securities dealer in New York City (a "Primary Treasury Dealer"), the Company will substitute therefor another Primary Treasury Dealer, and (ii) any other Primary Treasury Dealer selected by the Company.

Reference Treasury Dealer. Means (1) each of Banc of America Securities LLC and Credit Suisse First Boston LLC and, in each case, their respective successors; provided, however, that if any of them ceases to be a primary U.S. Government securities dealer in New York City, the Company shall appoint another primary U.S. Government securities dealer as a substitute and (2) any other U.S. Government securities dealers selected by the Company.

Reference Treasury Dealer. Means (i) the Quotation Agent and (ii) any other Primary Treasury Dealer selected by the Remarketing Agent after consultation with the Company.

Reference Treasury Dealer. Means one of five independent investment banking firms of national reputation, or their respective affiliates, selected by the Maker, which are primary U.S. Government securities dealers in The City of New York (a "Primary Treasury Dealer").

Reference Treasury Dealer. Means JP Morgan Securities, Inc. and its successors provided, however, that if the foregoing shall cease to be a primary U.S. Government securities dealer in New York City (a "Primary Treasury Dealer"), the Borrower shall substitute therefore another nationally recognized investment banking firm that is a Primary Treasury Dealer.
