Reference Treasury Dealer

Reference Treasury Dealer. Reference Treasury Dealer. Means (i) each of Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., and their respective successors, unless any of them ceases to be a primary U.S. Government securities dealer in New York City (a "Primary Treasury Dealer"), in which case the Company shall substitute another Primary Treasury Dealer, and (ii) any other Primary Treasury Dealers selected by the Quotation Agent.

Reference Treasury Dealer. Means (1) each of Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Barclays Capital Inc. and, in each case, their respective successors; provided, however, that if either of them ceases to be a primary U.S. Government securities dealer in New York City, the Company shall appoint another primary U.S. Government securities dealer as a substitute and (2) any other U.S. Government securities dealers selected by the Company.

Reference Treasury Dealer. Means any primary U.S. government securities dealer in the City of New York selected by the Corporation.

Reference Treasury Dealer. Means each of Banc of America Securities LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., and their respective successors, and two other primary U.S. government securities dealers in New York City selected by the Company (each, a "Primary Treasury Dealer"); provided however, that if any of the foregoing shall cease to be a Primary Treasury Dealer or is no longer quoting prices for United States Treasury securities, the Company will substitute another Primary Treasury Dealer.

Reference Treasury Dealer. Means (i) Citigroup Global Markets Inc., RBC Capital Markets, LLC and RBS Securities Inc. and their successors; provided, however, that if any of the foregoing is not or shall cease to be a primary U.S. Government securities dealer in New York City (a "Primary Treasury Dealer"), the Company shall substitute therefor another Primary Treasury Dealer, and (ii) any other Primary Treasury Dealer selected by the Company.

Reference Treasury Dealer. Means one Primary Treasury Dealer (defined herein) selected by Wells Fargo Securities, LLC and three other primary U.S. government securities dealers in The City of New York, New York (a "Primary Treasury Dealer") selected by the Company. If any Reference Treasury Dealer shall cease to be a Primary Treasury Dealer, the Company will select another Primary Treasury Dealer which will be substituted for that dealer.
