Register. "registered" and "registration" refer to a registration effected by preparing and filing a registration statement in compliance with the Act, and the declaration or ordering of the effectiveness of such registration statement by the SEC or such other procedure as may hereafter be required to permit the public offering of securities under the Act.

Register. Sprott Private Resource Streaming and Royalty (US Collector), LP, acting solely for this purpose as a non-fiduciary agent of Debtor, shall maintain a register for the recordation of the names and addresses of Debentureholder, the Sprott Parties and principal amounts (and stated interest) of the loans owing to, Debentureholder or Sprott Party, as the case may be, pursuant to the terms hereof from time to time (the "Register").
