Register. A registration effected by preparing and filing a registration statement or similar document in compliance with the Act or the equivalent law of another jurisdiction, and the declaration or ordering of effectiveness of such registration statement or document

Register. 'registered,' and 'registration' refer to a registration effected by preparing and filing one or more Registration Statements in compliance with the 1933 Act and pursuant to Rule 415 and the declaration of effectiveness of such Registration Statement(s) by the SEC.

Register. The register of Warrantholders required to be maintained pursuant to Clause 9.1
