Regulations

Regulations. Or "Regs." shall mean the Treasury Regulations promulgated under the Code.

Regulations. Means the Regulations of the Nevada Gaming Commission and State Gaming Control Board, as the same from time to time hereafter may be amended, modified or supplemented.

Regulations. Means the MHRA Regulations as the same maybe amended from time to time, and rules and regulations promulgated there under.

Regulations. Means any laws, ordinances, regulations or rules of any governmental, regulatory or administrative body, agent or authority, any court or judicial authority, or any public, private or industry regulatory authority.

Regulations. Means the federal income tax regulations and proposed federal income tax regulations issued by the Secretary of the Treasury interpreting the Code and state and local income tax regulations and rules issued by applicable state and local administrative authorities.

Regulations. Means the income tax regulations promulgated under the Code, whether such regulations are in proposed, temporary or final form, as such regulations may be amended from time to time (including corresponding provisions of succeeding regulations).

Regulations. Shall mean the Treasury regulations as in effect from time to time.

Regulations. Means the rules and regulations under the Code or a specified section of the Code, as applicable.

Regulations. Means the regulations, including temporary regulations, promulgated under the Code.

Regulations. The rules and regulations promulgated by the SEC pursuant to the Act.
