Regulations

Regulations. Shall mean the income tax regulations, including temporary regulations, promulgated under the Code, as such regulations may be amended from time to time.

Regulations. The regulations currently in force as final or temporary that have been issued by the U.S. Department of Treasury pursuant to its authority under the Code.

Regulations. Means any federal, state or local laws or regulatory requirements to the extent applicable to the manufacture, packaging or supply of the Products to Buyer or Retail Customers in the Retail Market hereunder.
